We have more than 20 years of experience in projects implementation of industrial furnaces and casting production line supporting schemes. As such, we are able to provide reasonable design layout of the casting workshop in accordance to our customers' needs as well as providing the optimized solutions for melting and casting furnace, casting furnace, casting machine, launder, filter tank and so on. Besides, we can provide upgrading schemes to the present machines in the casting workshop that are currently in use such as equipment optimizing, new technology refurbishment, energy saving, etc.

• The company has numerous technicians with extensive experience including one chief engineer, one senior engineer, 5 general engineers and 30 mechanical equipment installation and adjustment professionals. They are professional in providing our customers with solution design, on-site equipment arrangement, equipment selection, equipment manufacturing and assembling, on-site installation and commissioning, after-sales upgrading and optimization, etc.
• The company has 50000 square meters of manufacturing area, the manufacturing equipment mainly consists of CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, laser cutting machines, tapping machines, horizontal lathes, welding machines, etc. With this manufacturing equipment, additional with our technical experience, we are confident to provide custom-made services to our customers to manufacture 5-60 tons of aluminum melting furnace.
• The company is committed to the research and development of new products and technologies. Through years of practical experience, we had provided more than 500 aluminum melting furnaces, holding furnaces, homogenizing furnaces and more than 2,000 casting systems to the domestic and foreign customers.

• Early stage works
  We can arrange our professional project managers and engineers for a visitation to customers' factory and have discussion with them to provide aluminum melting and holding machinery set solution schemes.
• Middle stage works
  Contract signing with customers, production arrangement, equipment commissioning before shipping, equipment transportation and delivery, equipment on-site installation, equipment on-site commissioning, equipment acceptance confirmation.
• Later stage works
  3-6 months after equipment acceptance, we will provide multiple times after-sales service if necessary according to customers' needs via phone calls and email.
