The energy consumption（Nm3/T.Al）of regenerative combustion system is less than 58 Nm3/t-Al (For pure aluminium ingots, temperature of molten aluminium 720℃)
The structure of ceramic ball has been improved greatly compared with the traditional type. We use the ball made by mullite stone, with centre hole and groove on the ball. Not only increase the heat transfer area, but also prevent the blocking of the heat storage body, therefore, the replacement cycle of ceramic ball is extended while making a smaller regenerative box compared with traditional type.
three-way reversing mechanism and unique control technology. It is make up an old problem (the furnace pressure fluctuation is too big) of regenerative combustion system when we reverse.
