Our core products include casting/holding furnaces, interconnecting launder systems, Hot top casting tables with machines and water cooling equipment. We also specialise in integrating third party refining equipment in to our casting lines such as degassing and filtration units.
Huitai takes a flexible approach to suit our client's requirements. Not only have we project managed complete “turn key” installations, but we have also provided part supply contracts where the client has requested engineering design, critical components and commissioning only for example.
All our designs and configurations are custom designed and engineered to suit the individual requirements of our client and we have many successful worldwide installations.
We have developed our designs over the last 20 years, working very closely with our clients to integrate their experience with our technical expertise.
Our designs integrate many features and practical solutions to give a very operator friendly and easily maintainable operation. Our equipment is very robustly engineered to meet the arduous and aggressive conditions in foundries. Our designs are generated and verified by the use of 3D modelling software with Finite Element Analysis.
We work very closely with our clients to develop our equipment configuration to suit production requirements, plant availability, operating cycles, location of plant and overall plant layout. We have installed/refurbished over 180 furnaces installations up to July 2018.
