Feeding truck / Feeding machine
The feeding trolley is used for the feeding of the melting furnace. It can add more melting materials at one time. It has the characteristics of simple and convenient operation, fast feeding speed and less heat loss in the furnace. The feeding car is composed of a hopper, a car and a support frame, a hydraulic system and a control system.
The feeding hopper is made of welded steel and steel plate, and the power of the feeding cylinder is provided by the hydraulic system. The trolley and the support frame are welded by section steel, and the power of its operation is provided by a motor. The main electrical components of the control system are Schneider low voltage appliances.
